Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the direct-download Mac version of Diktator, its free version, 21-day advanced trial, perpetual purchase without a recurring subscription, license delivery, activation, recovery, updates, and support.
Your purchase agreement is with the Diktator seller identified in the secure checkout and payment receipt. Mamo processes the payment but does not own or issue the Diktator license. By downloading, using, starting the trial, or purchasing Pro, you accept these terms and the Privacy page. Contact is available through the Support page.
Diktator has Free, explicit 21-day Pro Trial, and one-time perpetual Pro states. Downloading or installing does not start the trial.
Pro is a one-time purchase at the exact price and currency shown after the customer selects a payment method. The public benchmark is USD 13.99. It is not a subscription and there is no automatic recurring charge. A completed payment is fulfilled only after Diktator independently verifies the payment evidence.
One Direct Pro license supports up to three simultaneously active Macs. They may belong to one person or different people. You may deactivate an old Mac and use the released place on a replacement Mac. Diktator owns orders, licenses, activations, entitlement decisions, support grants, recovery, and device-management state. Keep the purchase e-mail accessible for delivery and recovery.
After verified payment, the license and activation option are shown in the checkout flow and the license key is sent to the purchase e-mail. If the message is delayed, use license recovery with the same address. Do not pay twice merely because an e-mail is delayed.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the mandatory consumer rights and applicable law for the purchase. Request help through Support and include the purchase e-mail and receipt details. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. A confirmed refund, dispute, or chargeback may suspend or revoke the related Pro license after server-side verification.
The direct app uses a signed update channel. Diktator may require updates for security, licensing compatibility, or newer macOS releases. The public build requires Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later. Apple App Store, iPhone, and iPad purchases are separate commerce channels and are not unlocked by a direct Mac license.
Diktator is a local writing tool. Recognition and proofreading can make mistakes, especially with names, quotations, mixed languages, or specialized terms. Review important text before relying on or sending it. You remain responsible for the content you create and how you use it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diktator is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free recognition. Any exclusions or limitations apply only where legally permitted and do not override mandatory consumer protections.
